# Track your order

> See exactly where your order is, without calling anyone.

Once your order is placed you get your own portal. It shows what is done, what is outstanding, and where your vehicle is.

## Getting in

Use the link in your order confirmation email. You can return any time.

## What you see

Each step of your order with its status, so you can tell at a glance whether anything is waiting on you.

Typical steps are reviewing your order, signing off, financing, registration, protection, payment, and paperwork.

  If your order seems to have stalled, check here first. It is nearly always one step waiting on something from you, and the portal names it.
</Tip>

## Delivery tracking

Once your vehicle ships you get:

* A **map** showing where it is
* A **delivery timeline** — order confirmed, prepared for shipment, in transit, out for delivery, delivered
* The **carrier** handling it
* An **estimated delivery date and time**
* A **tracking number**

## Keep an eye on notifications

Ekho emails and texts you when something needs your attention, such as a document to sign or a stipulation to provide.
