# Bank transfer (ACH)

> Pay directly from your bank account, with no fees.

ACH moves money straight from your bank account. It works like paying a bill online.

## Why choose it

* **No fees.** No card processing charges, and nothing added for you
* **No borrowing.** You own the vehicle outright
* **Suits large amounts**, unlike card limits

  If you are paying in full, this is usually the best option. Cards can carry processing costs and are often capped below the price of a vehicle.

## How to pay

## Timing

| Stage               | When                           |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Authorization       | Immediately at checkout        |
| Processing          | Typically 1 to 3 business days |
| Confirmation        | Once the funds clear           |
| Your order proceeds | After payment is confirmed     |

  Your order does not move forward until the payment clears, so expect a few days. If you need to move faster, ask your dealer whether card payment is available.

## Make sure the funds are there

  A failed transfer delays your order and you will be asked to try again. Confirm the money is available and check your bank's transfer limits before you start, since some banks cap large transfers by default.

## Refunds

Refunds go back to the same account and take a few business days.
