Ekho needs a small amount of information to register your vehicle correctly. You are only asked for what your state actually requires. A titling registration form collecting personal details, military status, and addresses ## What you provide * **Personal details** — as they should appear on your title and registration * **Military status** — some states offer exemptions or different requirements for active duty members * **Registration address** — where the vehicle will be registered * **Mailing address** — where documents should be sent, if different ## Registration address versus mailing address Your **registration address** determines your tax and your DMV jurisdiction, so it must be where the vehicle will actually be registered. Your **mailing address** is simply where paperwork goes. Tick the box to use the same one for both. Get the registration address right. It drives which forms you need and how much tax you pay, and correcting it after filing means starting parts of the process again. ## Use your legal name Enter your name exactly as it appears on your ID and, if you have one, your insurance policy. A mismatch between your name on the title, your ID, and your insurance is the most common cause of a delay. Nicknames, missing middle names, and maiden names all cause problems. Match your ID exactly. ## Buying an ATV You will also give the intended rider's name and their relationship to you. This is a federal requirement, and a rider age acknowledgment form is included in your documents. ## Check before submitting You get a review step. Read it properly, particularly: * The spelling of your name * Your registration address, including apartment or unit number * Your ZIP code What you may be asked to provide.
