# The agent uses this information to write the reply

> The line on question, value, and media tasks that tells you the agent writes the buyer's reply from what you submit.

Three action-item forms show a short line under the inputs. The agent writes the buyer's reply from what you submit. The buyer does not receive your draft as typed.

**Answer a buyer question** says:

**The buyer won't see this message. The agent uses this information to write the reply.**

**Provide a value** and **Send a photo, video, or document** say:

**The agent uses this information to write the reply.**

Submitting does not send your typed text straight to the buyer. The agent writes the reply from what you submitted. Photos and files you attach can still go out with that reply. You do not have to take over the conversation.

**Reply to the buyer** does not show the line. On that form you write the message the buyer receives.
