This is the skill that separates the agent from a chatbot. Instead of stopping at an appointment, the conversation can end in a finished sale. Then **Get started** takes them into checkout. The numbers are real, not estimates. Taxes come from the tax engine at jurisdiction-level accuracy, and fees are your configured fees. ## What happens next The buyer moves into the Transaction Engine and completes the whole purchase online: identity verification, financing, protection products, contracts, titling, and registration. ## Requirements Buy now needs the Transaction Engine. If you only have the AI Sales Agent, the agent will qualify and book but cannot complete a sale. Talk to your account manager about adding the Transaction Engine. Most dealers start with the Sales Agent and add it once they see how much traffic is ready to transact. ## Why it matters An appointment is a good outcome. A completed sale is a better one. Because the conversation can hand off into a compliant checkout, a buyer three states away at midnight can finish the purchase then and there, instead of leaving you a callback request to work the next morning.
