Where the dashboard gives you a view, **Reports** gives you data you can take away. The Reports page listing available report types with generate actions ## What is available What sold, to whom, for how much. Every payout, matched to its order. You can also [export orders](/transaction-engine/orders/export) and [export leads](/sales-agent/crm/export) directly from their tables. ## Sales versus payments Worth keeping straight, because they answer different questions and will not tie exactly in any given month. | | Answers | | ------------------ | ----------------- | | **Sales report** | What did we sell | | **Payment report** | What were we paid | A sale and its payments can land on either side of a month boundary, especially when financing is involved. That is expected. ## Generating and exporting Pick a period, generate, review the overview and table, then download for your accounting system. Filter before you export. It is faster than trimming a large file afterwards. ## Monthly routine A repeatable month-end process that catches problems while they are still fixable.
