Anyone can put a “Buy Now” button on a website. The hard part is everything regulated that happens next. The Transaction Engine is that part. A buyer completes the whole purchase online, in any state, and your title clerk never touches paper.

Why that list matters

Dealers have been promised “end-to-end online buying” before and watched it stop at a payment estimate. The difference here is depth after the yes:
  • A buyer without insurance can get bound inside the flow rather than being sent away to come back later.
  • Financing stipulations are collected and pre-validated as the buyer goes, so deals reach the desk clean instead of bouncing.
  • Taxes are remitted and reconciled, not just calculated.
  • Titling covers every vehicle type in every state, including things like California green stickers.

What it means day to day

You can sell to a buyer in a state you have never sold into, at 2am, without anybody on your team being awake, and the paperwork is correct.

The buyer completes the real transaction, including taxes and fees, online.

How it works

The four stages of a sale.
