Answer a buyer question says:
The buyer won’t see this message. The agent uses this information to write the reply.
Provide a value and Send a photo, video, or document say:
The agent uses this information to write the reply.
Submitting does not send your typed text straight to the buyer. The agent writes the reply from what you submitted. Photos and files you attach can still go out with that reply. You do not have to take over the conversation.
Reply to the buyer does not show the line. On that form you write the message the buyer receives.
