What you need
- A Salesforce administrator who can create a Connected App
- The credentials that app produces
Set it up
1
Create a Connected App in Salesforce
Your Salesforce admin creates a Connected App enabled for OAuth, and records the credentials it issues.
2
Open the Salesforce sub-page
Resource settings β Integrations β CRM β Salesforce.
3
Authorize
Enter the credentials and complete the OAuth authorization to link Ekho to your Salesforce org.
4
Confirm field mapping
Check that Ekhoβs lead fields land on the right Salesforce fields for your org.
5
Save and test
Trigger a test lead and confirm it lands in Salesforce with the fields populated.
Troubleshooting
Because this is a direct API integration, a Salesforce-side permission change can break forwarding without anything changing in Ekho. If leads stop arriving, check the connection status first.
