Settings overview - Product Overview

Settings are organised into four groups. Learning the grouping saves a lot of hunting, because a few values are set once and used by more than one product.

Personal settings

Just you, not your dealership. Personal details → Identity, Password, Security

Account settings

Your business.

The two that catch people most often: fees live under Product settings, not Account settings, and Knowledge lives under Resource settings, not on the Sales Agent page.
