The agent starts working as soon as the snippet is installed. These are the settings you can change yourself. Everything here is under Product settings → Sales Agent.

General → Conversation

Goal

Pick what the agent should be driving every conversation toward:
Which goals appear depends on your account type, so you may not see all four. Drive online purchase needs checkout, and Connect to a dealer is for multi-store setups.
This is the highest-leverage setting on the page. It changes what the agent treats as a good outcome.

Smart replies

Author your own answers for questions you want handled a specific way. Add, edit, and delete them from the Smart replies card. Use them where the exact wording matters, such as a warranty exclusion or a policy you want stated precisely. See smart replies.

General → Identity

Personality

Four settings that shape how the agent sounds:
Response length is the one buyers notice most. Concise suits SMS-heavy stores; Thorough suits considered purchases where buyers ask detailed spec questions.
