The vehicle drawer

Click any vehicle to open its drawer.
The drawer is the only place vehicle information can be edited. If you are looking for a way to change a price or a description from the table, there isn’t one. Open the vehicle.
The drawer holds everything for that unit: pricing, photos, specs, condition reports, title and history, sales channels, and publish state.

Finding vehicles

The table supports search, filters, and sorting.
  • Search by make, model, VIN, or stock number
  • Filter by condition, publish state, availability, category, and price
  • Sort by any column
Filter to unpublished units with complete data to find inventory you could be selling but aren’t.

Availability versus published

Two different things, and confusing them causes real problems. A unit can be published but not available, because it is already locked to another order. It can also be available but still in draft. This matters for the AI Sales Agent, which quotes on availability, not publish state. So a draft unit sitting on your lot can be offered, and a published unit already sold cannot.

Where the data comes from

Three possible sources per field: your DMS, your website, or values entered directly in Ekho. When they disagree, precedence decides. See import and sync.
