Set this at Resource settings → CRM → Review solicitation. Ekho texts a buyer a review link when they first enter a stage you select, in Ekho or in your external CRM. Each buyer receives one request. Set the link before you turn messages on. Every request includes that link. The card is Review link. Choose where the buyer goes. If you have not chosen a destination, saving tells you Choose where buyers go to leave a review.

Trigger stage

The card is Trigger stage. Add stage opens the picker. Edit stage changes a stage you already selected. You can pick Ekho stages and stages from a connected CRM. The description on the card is: Choose which stages trigger a review request. Each buyer receives only one request when they first enter a selected stage. A CRM with no ingested leads has nothing to list yet. The picker says No stages yet. They appear here once leads sync from this CRM. If the lookup fails, it says Couldn’t load stages. Close this and try again.

Messages

The card is Messages.
1

Turn on the initial request

Initial review request is Sent when a buyer enters a selected stage. The switch stays locked, with Set a review link first, until a link is saved. If the link later disappears, the switch stays available and the card says No review link is set, so nothing can send. Set a link or turn this off.
2

Turn on the follow-up

Follow-up message stays locked, with Enable the initial request first, until the initial request is on.The timing reads Sent if the buyer hasn’t clicked the link after, then a day count from 1 day through 30 days. The follow-up stops when the buyer clicks the link, opts out of texts, lands in a do-not-contact CRM stage, or the agent is paused. Turning the messages off while a follow-up is still waiting stops it too. A reply leaves the follow-up scheduled.
By enabling review requests, you confirm that the buyers in your selected stages gave your dealership consent to contact them by text.
That statement is on the messages card. Enabling either message records it against the signed-in user.
