Ekho reads your website to enrich inventory, and installs the Buy Now button and chat assistant onto your existing pages.
You do not need a supported platform. Ekho can read most dealer websites, and the script tag works anywhere you can add code.
Installing the script
Two approaches, in order of preference:

Best option, because you never touch your site’s source and you can preview before publishing. See install on your website.If your GTM container is shared across several sites, scope the trigger to the specific hostname rather than using All Pages.
Most platforms have a header or footer code injection area. Paste the script there and it loads site-wide.On Dealer Spike this is the Tracking Component.
What Ekho reads from your site
Photos, descriptions, features, and pricing, used to enrich what comes from your DMS.
Which source wins per field is up to you. See import and sync.
Website content is usually better than DMS content for photos and descriptions, and worse for price and availability. Set precedence accordingly.
Where Buy Now appears
On your search results and vehicle detail pages, for units that are published and enabled for online sale.
Some templates leave no natural place for an extra button; a call-to-action injection is the fallback. Talk to your Ekho contact about the best approach for your platform.
